Hope Ranch Youth Program’s amazing horses!

This 11 year old AQHA mare has been at HRYP since she was 3 years old! She is one of our main lesson horses, very gentle with even our littlest riders and loves the faster pace of our advanced riders. Most of the youth that come to the ranch have at one point ridden this amazing horse! She is a definite favorite!
Mojo is a 19 year old American Paint Horse and he is quite the character! He is another favorite among our more advanced riders as he is a highly trained rope horse and the kids love getting to chase the roping dummy, work cows or come out of the roping box on him. He loves attention and needs to know what everyone is up to at all times. He also hates being left behind and is always ready for a fun ride!
This kind-hearted gelding is our oldest horse in the program. He is a 23 year old American Quarter Horse that still loves to go roping and run barrels. He is semi-retired and only used in programs for our smallest participants. He has been here for 3 years and is truly just a treasure! Despite his age, he has a working mind set and is ready to go on any adventure!
